THE BLACK UNITY BIKE RIDE IS BACK FOR A FOURTH YEAR – We ride in the name of Unity, Empowerment & Love!
The 16-mile ride is a celebration of Black Empowerment, Unity and Love. The event kicks off at Leyton Sports Ground in East London and concludes at our BUBR Fest in partnership with BlackEatsLDN at Dulwich Park, South London via central London.
The event is not a race, it is an inclusive community bike ride. If you have never been that far on a bike before, don’t fret as we have two pitstops along the route where you can rest and refresh before we get going again, and nuff vibes will be supplied!
This historic event is open to riders of all ethnicities and walks of life. However, it does specifically target those from the African and African-Caribbean communities.
This year we’re doing something special as we want to make this event accessible to EVERYONE. Therefore, you can pay what you want to attend our event!
N.B. To participate, you need to register for the ride using the links below (minimum donation of £1). BUBR is a charity project and all donations go towards covering the cost of this event. We have some significant expenses like venue hire, road closure fees, insurance, entertainment, etc.
